I worked as a elementary teacher in Romania for about 13 years. I used to work differentiate and with a combination of classes. From the training I received, I learned methodics, how to teach math, science, physical education, arts, and develop other skills. I am patient and know child psychology. Each individual learns differently, and I have come to accept that I can't entirely please each and every individual in the classroom (especially when I have over 200 students). I have also come to accept that not every student will "like me". As an instructor, it is my role to present information in a way so students learn. I have realized that students learn, not because they think I am "cool", but rather because the information was presented to accommodate each and every learning style.
