Highly educated Math and Physics Tutor

Took Calculus 1 & 2 in High School with a grade of 100, and all Math and Physics classes in College were the highest grades in the class. I love helping students understand Math.

I received my BS degree in Math Education in Spring of 2001 at Florida State University. While at FSU I worked in the Math Help Center for three months. I taught math for two years and decided to choose a different career path in Actuarial Mathematics. I am currently finishing my master's degree at Florida State University. For two years I tutored math at all levels at Sylvan Learning Center in Tallahassee. In that time I learned different things related to presenting the math in a way that can be understood regardless of the level of the student. Took AP BC Calc and made a 5 on the exam, had a great teacher, understand all highschool, and college level math below calc 2. Can also help with AutoCad drawings and other types of engineering drawings such as hand drafting. Good at proof-reading papers if that needs to be done. But all around I just like math and science.
