I like to get to know each individual and find out how they learn. From there I can figure out what will work for them and what won't. I have tutored individuals in grades 1-12 in various subject areas. I have been encouraged to pursue English, Writing, and Journalism as professions because of my talent in each area. After graduating from Purdue University in 2003 I was fortunate to have myriad teaching experiences with students of varied skill and income levels. I started my career in elementary education but quickly found a love for middle school where I began teaching English in 2004.
