I understand that all children have a different way of learning and it may take time to identify a child's learning style. I love teaching. I us a guiding method of teaching. Because I believe that students learn the most when they do the work themselves, but sometimes they need someone there to motivate them or to guide them in the right direction. I feel this works in group studies also, but, the difference being is that all the student will be involved in a group discussion.

I love the process of really getting to know a student on an individual level. That is crucial to determine their learning style and their strengths. It is incredibly rewarding to experience a student's progression and also to learn from them in ways you wouldn't expect.
