My teaching experiences range from being the head teacher in a Montessori toddler classroom to being an eighth grade LEAP Acceleration teacher in a middle school. My most recent teaching experience was teaching second grade. I have taught fourth grade language arts and math classes. When teaching in the LEAP Acceleration position, my classes consisted of twelve to fifteen students and I taught all core subjects. I think differentiated instruction is the best way to teach. This essentially means changing up the instruction in an effort to allow all students to learn. Because students have different learning styles, teachers should try to teach the material in new, different, and creative ways.
