Building Future Business Minded Youth

I am a hand-on type of teacher. I realized that people have various ways of learning so I must adapt to his or her learning style in order for the student to become succeful at the topic that they are trying to learn.

My comments on tutoring Basic Learning Skills : I worked as a teacher in a private school for children with dyslexia. My position was as a Language Fundamentals Teacher and I was trained using the Orton-Gillingham approach to teaching. This is a multi-sensory approach and very highly regarded as a successful approach for children with dyslexia and reading disabilities.
