I like to be interactive- when I'm teaching I prefer to work through a problem with a student together the first time, letting the student more or less watch me. The second time through, we approach the problem with a little more weight placed on the student. My goal is to help each child reach his or her potential. The best way to do this, is to first identify the child's learning style.
