Psychology Professor/Reading Specialist

Over 25 years of teaching experience (all grade levels ~ from preschool to university graduate level courses). A Little Bit About Me...

I studied Languages for four years at University. I was about to get a degree in English and Portuguese when I moved to the US. I taught for one year. I worked in 3 different schools, in all of them, the subject was English. I have no experience teaching Portuguese outside of college, but I am planning to find students to change that. I have good grammar and comprehension knowlege and also, I'm brazilian, so, in case of pronunciation and the rest, I'm good.

During that time I taught everything from English and American literature to basic grammar and writing skills. I also taught some reading classes. I have extensive experience in writing research papers and strong skills in grammar and punctuation. I was an assistant principal for two years, and helped develop a reading program for the middle school.
