Teaching children is something that brings me joy. Watching them make strides and connections in their learning makes me smile. I currently teach preschool to children with many different cognitive, behavioral, medical, sensory, and emotional needs. In the evenings and occasionally I get calls from my niece to help her via face time with her algebra. We have been doing this tutoring for 2 yrs. My teaching style can fluctuate depending on the child and what needs to be accomplished. My goal is to build confidence in the student through small but very important accomplishments. I use a combination of technology and good ole pencil and paper to teach anything from math to reading.
