In graduate school, I developed a management style, Egalitarian Leadership. The faculty encouraged me to submit my paper to Harvard Business School. Currently, I am writing a middle school age novel. Prior to this, I wrote a newspaper column for two years in California. I also score state proficiency tests for Pearson Educational Measurement, K-12.
It is my experience that an instructor delivers more learning when a student has an interest in the subject. "Inspire rather than require," has far greater efficacy in delivering information. As a Magna Cum Laude graduate, I was extremely driven to excel and reach my potential. The coursework that I took throughout college provided me with an extensive knowledge base of business, math concepts, and writing. Throughout college, I was involved in the Beta Alpha Psi tutoring program for accounting students.
