Microsoft Office is one of my top subjects! I have been training students in the Microsoft Office applications since they were released almost thirty years ago. Working with middle school students is an adventure. The students all have different ways of learning, so blackboard work is a great way for them to visualize, and I also use 3 dimensional models when they are appropriate. My experience showed me that the students that wanted to learn would stay after school to get more individualized attention, which I was always available to give them. That moment when they understood the math concept I was teaching was the best part.
I am very good at math, so in college I got into the tutoring program for inner city elementary students and the student I tutored showed remarkable improvement in her math grades as a result.
