I excelled in entry-level biology classes, as well as higher-level science classes such as ecology and evolution. I am also proficient in writing, English, and math. During my college career, I have tutored mostly in sciences and math. I know firsthand that great teachers make great students. It took several years to discover my learning style because I had to find it on my own. I want to be able to help students find their own learning style. I believe that subjects are best learned when broken down, and repetition is key. I also believe practice makes perfect. I know that a student needs to know the basics first, then can move on to more complex ideas.
