I observe the students to see what their learning style is and adjust how I teach according to that. For nine years I taught at the elementary level in private schools. I taught some inclusive classes and developed plans for my students to succeed. During high school I mainly tutored my neighbor's young children in elementary subjects. In college I helped fellow classmates in my major and minor.
