A Little Bit About Me...

I have both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Russian Philology from the University of Sofia in Bulgaria.I have worked as a Substitute Teacher at the Russian School in Sofia to students from grades 5th through 12th. During my years as a university student, I interned as a translator at a professional translation agency and worked as a teacher in various school offering Russian.
Every individual is unique and I believe that the different teaching methods capture the different learning styles so all have a place in my classes. Whatever the subject is, every student must have an opportunity to express themselves in one way or another and a teacher must be nothing more than a guide, to assess each class and find what the best way to teach is and emphasize on it, so that all students can learn to love the Russian language and culture as much as I do.
