A Little Bit About Me...

I earned both my Masters' and Bachelors' degrees with honors from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. During my academic I learned to excel in everything I do, which help me master the accounting knowledge I have today. While at SIUC, I was also involved in many student organizations such as Beta Alpha Psi, Accounting Society, and NABA. I was the tutoring chair for Beta Alpha Psi for two years and have acquired very good teaching skills. The Director of the School of Accountancy will be a good reference when you need one.
My teaching style is sample: Bringing the topic to the student understanding level and be positive about it. I believe that students need to put in a little more effort without which they cannot achieve their learning goals. I attended the University of Northern Iowa as an undergraduate where I received a bachelor’s degree in biology in May 2009. Beginning in August I will be attending Des Moines University where I will be pursuing a career as a doctor. Aside from having a passion for learning, I also greatly enjoy helping others. One way I have done this is tutoring students in inorganic and organic chemistry, as well as anatomy and physiology. A Little Bit About Me...

As an undergraduate student in India, I used to help my younger brother and cousins with school. Especially being in engineering my Math, Chemistry and Physics backgrounds are very strong. I have never tutored for money but I used to tutor a lot for free. This developed my passion for teaching and even as a graduate student at Univ. of North Texas, I used to teach undergraduate students (including freshmen). I have taught engineering classes at undergraduate level, which requires extensive math skills.
