I love interacting with people. I like to think of myself as a people person and I've come to love teaching my classmates when they don't quite understand as well as I do. I think everyone has the ability to learn, it's just a matter of understand how we learn. Some soak it up just by listening in the classroom, some need to spend time on their own working through assignments so they can learn it through repetition. I enjoy teaching and creating interest in the subject that is being taught. I have learned from experiance that the more interested the students become in the subject, the better they learn. I have found that many students have a psychological barrier when it comes to mathematics and the sciences. Once that barrier is brought down, the students interest in the subject starts to perk, and it's all uphill from there.
