A Little Bit About Me...

I grew up in a family that values education so much that we were living in a state of war in Lebanon and still running from one school to the other. This instilled in me a great amount of love and appreciation towards education. During High school, I joined “Shabibat EL-Makassed”, a community service program, where I participated in public speech and writing contests, in addition to community service activities. In summer of 2000, I joined the Lebanese Red Cross where we conducted many seminars and activities to educate young and senior citizens about several issues in the health field. My experiences during high school and in the Red Cross made me value the feeling that one gets when helping others; it was the best feeling I ever experienced.
