Issued By - The College of The Ozarks - Work Study Program - Point Lookout, MO. My certification is currently expired in my Elementary Education, but I do hold certification as a Substitute Teacher in the State of MO. I homeschooled two children from preschool through 12th grade graduation and completion of high school. I have worked for two school districts for the past 6 years and currently work as a Behavior Interventionist in the Recovery Room for the Fort Osage School District. A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Watching a student light up after learning how to do something is the greatest thing for me. I believe children can learn and be successful but each in different ways. I believe we as teachers must use differentiated instruction to help all students learn. My students learn immediately that I care about them and desire for them to be successful learners. I ask them to do their best in everything they do and believe in themselves. We celebrate even the smallest achievements in my class. Learning can and should be fun with just a little imagination on my part.
