I have tutored for many years, have been a substitute teacher in both Camas and Washougal schools, and taught in the Adult Education program at Clark College for 4 years to adults who needed never finished high school and needed to get their GED.

A Little Bit About Me...

I can’t imagine doing anything else with my life other than teaching elementary children. I love helping children discover new concepts and seeing them accomplish things they never knew they were capable of. I am extremely patient, kind and easygoing. I want what is best for your child and am willing to put forth my best effort until your child is successful. My teaching is centered on building up the child. My teaching style is to help make student's successful by understanding their learning style. I have had the good fortune of working with myriad learning styles in a special needs environment, (in the home and classroom) which runs from autistic spectrum disorder to talented and gifted. Working with this huge array of kids has really opened my eyes to a variety of learning tools to ensure success.
