American History is one of my top subjects! I have always been good in history, My dad has been a high school history teacher for over 25 years and I defiantly have picked up his history genes

I am currently a senior at Sherando High School in Stephens City, VA. I have always been and A and B student. I currently have a 3.5 GPA and received a 1300 on my SATs. I love to help others out in any way possible. I love to meet new people and help them achieve in school so they can a have promising future! I have taken Honors World History I and II, I have taken College Prep English 11 and am currently in College Prep English 12. I am in my high school’s Marching band and Symphonic band; I play the clarinet and bass clarinet, and have been in band for 7 years. A Little Bit About Me...

I am currently attending West Virginia University to attain my Masters Degree in Human Nutrition. While I have been here, I have had the opportunity to tutor other students in various classes such as biology, anatomy, nutrition, communications, sociology, english, and psychology. I am most fit to tutor in science classes, since that is what my major has required for me to have a strong focus in. I am a very dedicated and organized student and am able to use these talents to help other students to learn how to be the same way. Being a college student myself, I am able to relate to the struggles they are going through and to teach them helpful studying and work techniques in order for them to succeed.

With all of my experience and education, I have had the opportunity to work with all facets of children; from those who require a great deal of help, to those who might just need a little more challenge then what their work was providing them. Having worked with large and diverse groups of children I have assisted in English, math, science, and social studies from grade school to high school.
