I have tutored kids at my Church whenever someone has needed help. I am very patient and understanding of how frustrating certain topics can be, so I know I am a great candidate for tutoring. I am exceptionally great with younger kids who have ADD or ADHD since I have struggled with that myself. I love helping people achieve their goals. I try to find things that the kids enjoy and incorporate those things into my teaching style. I give the students plenty of time to figure out the answer and do not get frustrated with them if it takes them awhile. When the students get a correct answer, I praise them and try to boost their confidence.
