While working in the food-service industry for the past twenty-plus years, I have held supervisory positions and provided training to literally hundreds of employees. This natural ability to work with others became apparent when I began tutoring. I have strong organizational skills and have been trained in many aspects of tutoring through my involvement in the Supplemental Instruction Program at Florida Gulf Coast University.
