I have been a first grade teacher for five years. I took a break from the classroom for a few years to raise my small children. Currently I'm tutoring first, second and third graders in reading and mathematics. My two children are in elementary school so I am familiar with current curriculum and different styles of learning.

My tutoring experience has been very rewarding, because results are evident within a couple of sessions with the students. I am patient, positive, and creative. As a student in Organic Chemistry I have learned that repetition is the best way to know the material.
