My comments on tutoring Writing Skills : I've been professional published in a scientific journal and with the State of Ohio. You need to develop sound writing skills to suceed in post secondary education and real world.

I obtained a B.S. in Biology, with a concentration in aquatic science, from Wittenberg University in 2006. During my undergraduate studies, I tutored elementary students in math and science twice a week for two years. After college, I moved into the marine science profession. In August of 2008, I started teaching High School Biology I, Earth and Space Science, and Physical Science to students in Polk County. In addition, after school hours were spent with two students taking AP Biology classes. Both students achieved a 4 or higher on their placement exams. My comments on tutoring Writing Skills : I have taught writing in the 8th and 9th grades with good results.

I have been teaching for five years. My first year teaching, I worked at a private Christian school in NY where I taught History, Science, and Math. I have since taught in Orange County Public Schools at the middle and high school levels. I have tutored my sibling in writing and have also helped many of my friends through their college literature, grammar, and writing classes.
