After that I became a teacher's aid for the local middle school, working with children that were not allowed to go to regular classes due to their behavior. I ask many questions to check the students responsiveness and understanding of key areas of the topics including a reinforcing of the ideas being learned. I cannot count how many students I have had come in frustrated and confused and then quickly answer questions that were simple and built up to understanding harder ideas by the end of a session.
