Biology is one of my top subjects! Biology is a wonderful class that can give you a broad overloook over such subjects as Botany, Anatomy, Chemistry and Ecology. It establishes the basic building blocks to focus on other areas of science.

I obtained a B.S. in Biology, with a concentration in aquatic science, from Wittenberg University in 2006. During my undergraduate studies, I tutored elementary students in math and science twice a week for two years. After college, I moved into the marine science profession. In August of 2008, I started teaching High School Biology I, Earth and Space Science, and Physical Science to students in Polk County. In addition, after school hours were spent with two students taking AP Biology classes. Both students achieved a 4 or higher on their placement exams. My tutored students reported an increase in their ability to record class notes, study, and take tests. Completing my High School Mathematics Education - 2013 Have completed Calculus I-III Statistics Linear Alegebra Geometry (regular and Euclidian) I will be completing my education this year and qualify for student teaching in the Spring of 2014. I am an Elementary Education Major at the University of Florida and have helped many students succeed in all subject areas, with a strong focus on Elementary Education. Some subjects that I particularly tutor in include: math, science, english, social studies, and language arts. I also supply a student with supplemental material I feel will help them learn better and at their own, individual pace. For instance, I believe that some students may learn better through visual exercises, and them others may learn through auditory (hearing) exercises.
