As a student who has dabbled in so many areas, it is easy for me to assess when a teacher/professor is not explaining a concept in a method that helps the students. I have previous experience tutoring, but my teaching talent comes from my role as the unofficial tutor for most of my classes. I can see why students are missing the concept and I am creative enough to devise new approaches.

I have a very unique teaching style in that I like to incorporate many different presentation methods and I am a firm believer of teaching to multiple intelligences. No two students learn the same way and if the student is not learning the teacher is just as responsible as the student. This being said I have used many different teaching methods from having the students performing, and singing to setting up shops to buy and sell products. If one method did not reach some of the students, I would go out of my way to create a lesson that involved these particular students.
