The task is to create relevancy in a lesson plan. In order to bring relevancy to a topic teachers must be willing/able to determine each student's individual learning style. Not everyone learns the same way. Therefore, not everyone should be taught the same way. It is important to know the strengths, weakness, and interests of a student in order to create connections with the material, delivery, and instructor.

In all my years of teaching, I came to the realization that every child is different . When it comes to teaching, I like to learn a little about the child first. Then once I know everything I need to know, I go by what interests the child and I use that to teach them . Although sometimes it is not as simple, I do what ever it is that I have to do to ensure that the child is learning .
