If students don't learn the way we teach, we must learn to teach the way they learn. I believe in Orton-Gillingham's philosophy of teaching everything using as many senses simultaneously as possible. Thus, I introduce and teach using manipulatives so lessons are hands-on and active. We move at a brisk pace and do not waste precious time! I love children and want what is best for them.
