Hello parents and potential students. My name is Wendy. I am a Certified Wilson Reading Program Instructor and mom of two wonderful elementary aged students. I began my journey into the Wilson Program with a desire and dedication to help my oldest child, who is dyslexic, with his academic struggles, specifically with reading and spelling. I generally work with students with special needs in the regular education classes. What I often find in Geometry is that many of the students are lacking or forgetting the basic Algebra skills that they need to succeed in the classroom, so I do a lot of remediation, if necessary. I like to use hands-on approaches, and I am persistent with difficult students.
