College Student Eager to Tutor

I tutored at my high school for three years and have been surrounded by teachers my whole life. I am about to start tutoring at my college this summer and continue into the fall part time. I am patient and understanding. I have taken a few education classes and several math classes, both lower and upper level.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have tutored several people in the past in basic algebra for various things such as the GED or a college class. I worked for two years as a tutor at the Augusta State University Writing Center, tutoring all manner of students, from ESL to graduate students. I also tutored a student with aspergers; thus, I have experience working with special needs clients. I also do freelance editing. I am primarily versed in English, but if math (anything below pre-calculus) help is needed, I will gladly assist.
I change my teaching style depending on the client. With ESL students, I will often point out every mistake to them so that they can get used to seeing what the correct way looks like. With other students, I point out a few mistakes, and then expect them to find the others on their own.
