A Little Bit About Me...

I am patient and love to work with children. I believe that every child has a natural drive to seek knowledge. However, classes at school are often too big to allow for different approaches to teaching.
When I came to the U.S. I was very happy to get the opportunity to improve my English as well as follow my passion in researching environmental problems. I learned in multiple classes and my research group how important team work is in accelerating knowledge, solve problems, and share what I learned with other people. I earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health Nutrition, which required me to take many science classes, including anatomy/physiology and chemistry. A Little Bit About Me...

Although I have no formal teaching experience, we all learn and teach everyday in our lives. I am very intelligent and want to pass that on. I have done much reading when I was younger, exploring memory and mnemonics. I also took the Mega-Memory and speed reading courses by Kevin Trudeau. They are the ones that are in the Skymall catalog. I believe those really helped me in my studies, because I learned to approach learning the same way I approached sports. People would laugh in university when I would tell them that I never read anything for school late at night because I was tired and it wouldn't sink in properly, or that I would never eat a meal less than one hour before a test and I challenged them to try the same.
