My comments on tutoring Creative Writing : I graduated from Columbia College of Chicago with a BA in Screenwriting, and I minored in Fiction Writing. Any form of writing, poetry or prose, film or television, is an absolute passion of mine. Can't get enough!

In addition to my collegiate degree in writing, I've worked on multiple occasions with the Big Idea Writers Challenge as a judge. Our job was to review contestants' entries and provide professional notes and constructive criticism. I've also worked outside that field with many friends, classmates, and family members to give helpful critiques and extensive notes sessions. A Little Bit About Me...

I have a Bachelors in English from Dominican University. I began A Plus Master Tutoring Center over 4 years ago and was teaching in my home. Now we have expanded to a center in Oak Park and we tutor all ages, from Pre-K to adults. Our subjects range from phonics to algebra. Our teaching styles vary from a 3:1 ratio, which would include up to three students and one tutor, or a 1:1 ratio which would be a private session with a student and a tutor. Session prices range from $25-$27 depending on the type of session. We pride ourselves in being an affordable tutoring center compared with the prices of Huntington and Sylvan learning centers.
