After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Business Management/Marketing, I set out for Milan, Italy and immediately found work teaching English and Business English there. I taught all ages (from 6 to 60), both individual lessons within the homes of the students or at my home, or individual and group lessons within big companies. My comments on tutoring English : I received a BA in English from The College of New Jersey, and afterwards worked for several years as a freelance contributor to a number of newspapers (especially Pioneer Press, a network of Chicago-area community papers) and magazines (especially Hybrid Magazine, an online music publication).

I believe in teaching in a relaxed and positive atmosphere that supports students' growth.
