First of all is prudent to tell that I was born in Puerto Rico and raised there until age 12. In high school I took Spanish 3 and Spanish AP and in both had an A+. In my Spanish AP exam I scored a 5 the highest score possible. I have no real experience in tutoring but I have applied to job in tutoring for this subject before and I almost got one in my college Valencia College just to find that it kind of conflicted with my schedule so I had to decline but plan to reapply again next semester. I also was referred by my teacher to a tutoring position even though nobody called. I am very responsible person and I can teach your child this language.

Learning Can be Fun!

I have tutored children in group and individual piano lessons. I have tutored them in math and social studies. I have spent over 20 years in business in the accounting field and prepared countless financial statements and income tax returns. I am skilled in all things mathematical. I also speak Spanish through over 9 years of instruction.
I like to allow the student to read the material once and clarity any areas that need more explanation. Then I will allow them to answer questions from the material read and help them where needed to choose the correct answer and understand the reason for the answers. I like to reward a certain level of correct answers with points that can be redeemed for interesting small prizes. I also consider myself very patient and interested in the student having a strong foundation for future learning.
