From both my tutoring and teaching experience, I have concluded that each individual learns differently; therefore, I believe it is essential for teachers to discover each student’s learning style and teach them accordingly. I also strongly believe that learning should be a rewarding, pleasant, and even fun experience. Furthermore, I know that each and every student is able to learn; however, often times it is necessary to instill a desire to learn in them. This can be done by illustrating a passion for learning.
