I have a relaxed, stress-free teaching style, while staying on task and topic. I make sure the pupils really understand the material by breaking things down to the basics, and reviewing the foundations. My comments on tutoring College Algebra : Math is Easy

I have tutored math very often and over the course of helping others, I've learned the British ways of solving a math problem is extremely easy while the American ways are a bit confusing for the students. I could remember a day while working at Dollar Tree HQ in the Finance Department, a math problem arises and it took my supervisor 12 minutes while I solved it in 45 seconds. We arrived at the same answer however, time is of the essence.
Breaking step down till a layman can understand and I love to be interrupted with questions.

A Little Bit About Me...

Teaching is my passion. Throughout grade school and college, I have often found myself doing some form of teaching. In middle and high school, my teachers would ask me to help other students who were not grasping the material by peer tutoring. In college, I chose to dedicate a few hours a week to assist students with applied mathematics through both paid and volunteer services.
