My primary experience lies with Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LSAMP) Program. This program was established to promote and nurture minorities interested in pursuing a career in the sciences and mathematics. I was involved in the program as a fellow. I began as a teacher's assistant in 1994 for 4 years before returning to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Ed. I obtained endorsements in high school math and reading.
