As an undergraduate, I was very much driven to accomplish a level of education in computer science. I have earned one associate degree in Technical Support and Bachlor degree in Computer Science which has helped me enabled to gain an understanding in various areas of computer and math. A Little Bit About Me...

It is my considered opinion that there are many styles of teaching that can work effectively with students. Generally, I feel that it is best to adapt the style of teaching to the personality, interest, and capability of the student. My preference is working with teens and young adults, with whom I find that a style that guides them to find the answers for themselves is of greatest advantage. To do this, I tend to patiently guide students with a series of questions, only "jumping in" with information when they begin to appear to have reached a point of frustrated impasse.
I have twenty-five years of experience teaching religious subject matter(and the Bible)in smaller church settings. I love to teach, and I believe my teaching style is very laid back. I like to allow my students to attempt things and try to figure it out with the information I provide. That way I know they are grasping the concepts. That is more important to me then speeding through a course just to get things done. I would be a failure if one of my students left my course not knowing exactly what they were doing. So I pride myself in slowing down if needed to ensure everyone is on the same page and can retain the information that is being taught to them.
