I like listening to students and relating to them at their level and letting them draw from me all that they can take and encourage their learning. I believe the best learning takes place when students are provided the proper atmosphere in which to learn. Also, in order for students to be successful, they must be allowed to deal with things that interest them and that serve more needs than just to fulfill an assignment, so I try to keep it relevant, customized, and, of course, as much fun as possible!
