I am 4.0 student currently still in high school. I have mastered the arts of Algebra 1 and Pre- Algebra. I can also work with Elementary kids on any subject they need. I am active in the FFA so if you have any competitions coming up that I can help you with, I would be very glad to do so. I graduated high school in 2010 with a 3.8 GPA. I excelled in every aspect except math. I graduated the University of Southern Mississippi in 2014 with a 3.8 GPA. I have a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minors in Spanish. I have held several jobs. Most of them have been in sales. My most recent job involved interviewing others and also plenty of writing as well as using video editing programs.

I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Elementary Education grades K-6. While in school I worked at Sylvan Learning Centers to earn a little extra money. I have taught Kindergarten for 3 years. All of my students were successful.
All children can learn, but in different ways. As a teacher I had to figure out the various ways that my students learned and incorporated that into my lessons. I did a lot of small group teaching and hands on activities. I always did whatever I needed to do in order for my children to be successful.

A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that Math is a subject of concepts and if the concepts are clear than any body can do math. Making concepts clear depends on the teacher who analyze the understading of each individual and teaches him accordingly.
As a Math graduate, I wanted to remove hesitation and fear of students for this subject and I became a Math tutor. I have taught advance Math (Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus) at High Schools and also done tutoring for these subjects. I believe children learn by experiences and examples. Making it relevant and interesting makes them to want to learn. They begin to understand the purpose for learning the material. Children have different learning styles and every child doesn't learn at the same rate. Teachers must realize this when planning lessons. Students need to know that to have the basics such as a home, a car and food for their family, they need an education. Kids don't think about the future and how their decisions will determine the rest of their lives.
