As a University of Central Florida graduate, my desire to help children succeed and be the best they can be was the force behind my determination to become an educator. First, I try to find our the ways that the child learns best. I also want to know the student's interests. I test the child to see the level that the child can be successful. I start on a level that the child will realize that they can learn. Many forms of teaching is used so to facilitate faster learning and to provide interesting activities. This may include: flashcards,games and use of computers. An attempt to use a variety of material to help the child to adapt to various types of lesson in the school setting. I enjoy working with struggling students and feel a great sense of satisfaction when students make progress.
