Helping Others To Accomplish Their Goals

I have worked with various needy students who have been classified as learning disabled, or those who know they are in need for assistance. My experiences vary, as I worked with older children in filling out applications for jobs and to prepare for jobs. I also, have worked with many adults on writing papers for college preparation or with helping their children on writing tasks. I have worked with young children on phonics and reading readiness.
My style is what works for the person I am working with. I am opened to sharing my ideas, but listening to each individual and what works for them.

I am a licensed social worker with over 9 years of experience in healthcare. I am a life long learner and have completed several college degrees with a high GPA. I am currently working towards completing a PhD in Leadership Studies. I am a beginner at professional tutoring but have a strong academic record.

I'm only 17 years old but I have tons of tutoring experience since I was 13. All of my friends would come to me to get tutored and to study for test. And teachers would always select me to help kids who were struggling. I would help with any subject but math would be my strong side. I would and still do make straight 100's in math and love tutoring people in math. I've always thought about being a math teacher myself.
