As an unerdergraduate at Mississippi State University, I majored in geosciences with and emphasis on forecasting; that is meteorology.I served eight years with the army national guard and completed a year tour of Iraq. While in the national guard I learned valuable leadership skills and how to teach others to preform military tasks. While working on my geosciences degree I took several upper level mathematics courses including trigonometry, college algebra, and calculus. In addition to these courses, I took upper level writing courses such as geowriting and english composition level two. My bachelors degree has taught me much about earth science and minor chemistry. Learning style vary from child to child, such as visual, auditory and kinesthetic. Each child has the potential to learn in different ways. The best proof of how well a teacher teaches is how well a child learns and retains the information. I have been able, since my graduate degree, to not only practice chiropractic, but also teach on the collegiate and high school levels.
