After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I freelanced food styled with recipe development for clients such as Sonic, Waffle House, Omaha Steaks, Yarnell's Icecream, and Harry and David catalogs. I have been published in Southern Living Magazine and Home Mechanix Magazine, as well as food/restaurand flyers and catalogs. As a student of psychology, I have always been interested in using my knowledge to help others improve themselves.
