I spent most of my undergraduate degree focused on learning advanced mathematics. While it was extremely challenging, I enjoyed it more than any other education experience. My love of math was echoed in my love for literature and writing. Although English was less challenging for me, the creative freedom made it worthwhile. Adjuvant to demonstration, motivation and enthusiasm to learn the material must be taught. All the homework in the world cannot replace this! Regrettably, students often struggle due to poor instruction or vague textbooks which erode a student’s motivation. Fortunately this can be overcome with a little outside assistance.
