American History is one of my top subjects! I have taught American History throughout my career, I read a lot of history in my spare time. It is my love.

I try to engage my student, to tease the learning out of him or her. I have learned to explain, to give the information then to step back, allowing my student to think through to the conclusion. This allows the students to get a brief introduction to the day’s material before they work in groups on questions about the material.
