As a father of three, I love to teach through example. As much as possible, I love to use practical illustrations to emphasize points and to give the child/student a better understanding of its application. As an experienced engineer, part of my responsibilities were to set up an instructional programs for teaching operators test procedures and maintenance personel new and existing processes operations and procedures for manufacturing and maintaining the production equipment.
