My teahing style is to include each student in the process of learning. I do this by getting to know their strengths and weaknesses. My students are aware of their individual responsibility and I develop their desire for success by encouraging them to seek out this knowledge. I use a variety of hands-on lessons that makes understanding a concept or a skill easier due to the knowledge they already possess.
