Being able to help others understand math gives me such a great feeling of accomplishment. I feel like I am helping them to solve a riddle and know from personal experience the vast opportunities that understanding math can give to you. I believe that the majority of students are not given the proper tools or techniques to understand math and that it needs to be individualized.
